The first part reminded me of a chapter titled "Meeting Creatures" from Managing Humans by Michael Lopp. It focuses on the different types of meeting participants and explains how you can strategically adapt your approach to drive decisions and conclusions. It’s a bit more tactical, but definitely worth a read, if not already ;) !
