Nice read,Sergio! Focusing on getting the leader on board before the team is the best approach. Having a supportive environment where risks and experimentation are allowed under some clear boundaries is also really important.

Great line: certainty is a mere illusion.

This is where IMO many managers/leaders fail during times of downsizing/layoffs, they communicate a message of "certainty" (e.g. everything will be alright, the worst is behind us) yet when something unexpected happens, they los trust and credibility with their team. Thanks for sharing Sergio.
